I will never try Budget again. They gave us the wrong car, then they expected us to fix all their mistakes on our own time and dime. They make it impossible or just about to speak to anybody with authority in customer service. The phone number closes early evening. When you call during the day, you are routed to a sleepy Indian who can do nothing but apologize. It's nighttime there. The absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Please do not give this company your money. They do not deserve to be in business.
Great customer service. Had a long term rental (a Durango) and later, a short term rental (Cherokee) over Memorial Day weekend. Bryan is the best. I will return. Highly recommend.
I've rented from this location many times now. Never had an issue with any of their vehicles. It's always been the same guy, and he is super nice and friendly!
