Upon calling to obtain a rental for 2 days. They wanted $189 plus $200 deposit. This was for a compact vehicle. Here's the kicker, as our wasn't so much the pricing. When I told her thank you and I would look into another alternative, she smooth hung up on me. Not cool young lady.
They were amazingly helpful. They gave us a really nice Ford Escape. We asked for a two week agreement, due to the fact that my wife's car needed extensive work on the engine. Her car was done a week before estimation. Now, everything I had read said they don't refund unused days. We were ready to eat the cost since it got us out of a bind. 5 ⭐ experience with Mike. Customer service was above and beyond to put me in a vehicle and get me on the road. I was treated with such respect and kindness. Mike was fast on delivery in every area. Highly recommend!
Marissa was so helpful to get us on the road after a rough start that had nothing to do with budget. She was kind and respectful to to situation and took the time to talk to manager Mike to help and follow through after the weekend. We were so grateful for both your help
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Double check your car reservation, your car may not be what you booked for. I was charged for the wron style vehicle. Customer service didn't care and was rude and very disrespectful. Im amazed there in business. I guess the customers satisfaction is not important to them.
