My experience was pleasant I got a free upgrade and the car had less than 1k miles on it it was so nice
Reserve a car. Prepay almost $400. Show up on time to pickup reserved car. Told by agent at the counter " I don't have any cars" and now I'm outside waiting for someone to return their car (late apparently) so I can rent it. Also have to wait for it to be cleaned...no discount offered for poor service...very disappointed...I should also mention there us only one person working the counter, cleaning cars etc. and they also have their young child there while working. Not exactly stellar customer service
