Made a reservation went to get the car they have none available to me. Was told he had two trucks that he gonna upgrade but they where not there and I was. And I rent from budget frequently. Poor customer skills. Felt like he was holding the cars for friends. Said they do uber rentals. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE NOW CUSTOMER CARE POOR SERVICE
Horrible customer service..cars were not clean
I've had several great experiences at this Budget location! Each time, the process was smooth and stress-free. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. The vehicles are always clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. I'll definitely continue renting from this location.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff. Great selection of cars and availability. Be sure to grab a card when you are in the office so you can speak to them directly and avoid the general customer service line.
