I've rented with them so many times, Angel is the best. I recommend him if you ever rent a car with Budget/Avis.

So i left a google review about this business months ago and apparently it was taken down. The manager charged me and my wife for an empty tank when we returned it full. We had just filled it up at the gas station right down the street. On top of that there was a disagreement about getting refunded for the days i had left on the reservation and out of spite he closed the account while i was trying to reach customer service. Fast, easy, service. My first rental had a low tire pressure warning. I checked the tires and observed two nails. I immediately returned and was given another vehicle.

Poor service and inconvenient. Booked a 1 day rental for 11/26 to be able to take my mom to several appointments, was got there to pick it up and was notified that my reservation was canceled. Never received an email or notification and this was an hour after they opened so there was time to notify me. Man at the counter didn't care, just that THEY canceled your reservation because it had to be a 3 day rental. offered me a 1 day but at a much higher rate. Just poor service and could care less about anyone else time..
