Totally disgusted!! Reserved a vehicle February 9, 2023 for a vacation starting July 8, 2023 from Edmonton. Provided my credit card as security. Less than 2 hours before my fiancée and I were due to pick up the vehicle, they called to tell me that they did not have the requested vehicle for me. My understanding of a reservation process is that it guarantees you will have a vehicle when you are scheduled to pick it up. Calling customer service is no help. Absolutely horrible location. Not the service, they are alright, the location sucks. GPS doesn’t know how to get there, and you eventually, good luck finding a place to pull up to or park for that matter. Make things worse, bike lanes and construction everywhere.

Worst phone customer service I have ever seen in my life. I myself have been in customer service for over 40 years. I would never have left somebody on hold for 20 minutes with a silent phone and not a single. I'm still here. When I hung up and call back I was left on hold for 3 hours and 40 something minutes. Ridiculous! I will never ever recommend budget to anyone. Now if you want. Great service and decent prices. Forget the apps. Just go straight to Enterprise.

My wife and I required a car rental for three weeks. Budget had exactly what we were looking for. The attendant was very friendly, fast and courteous. The car we received was just what we had booked online, and was clean, gassed and ready to go. The car had a modern dash with Apple car play, making our journey that much more enjoyable and easy. The drop off was quick and easy. We’ve always used Budget, and will continue to do so, and would recommend it to our friends.
