Horrible human works here. He would rather our car break down on the highway than just exchange it for a safe vehicle
Amazing!! Customer service was great and car was perfect!
They called me after booking a rental and said they had no cars. They aren’t able to help find a car either. I had to call around and do it myself.
Lied to my face and robbed me. Contract said tank was full, it wasn't, went back into inform the desk, they said "Ok, I'll note it in the contract." Guess who ended up donating a tank of gas to Budget? Fraudulent business.
