Stay away from this location. If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a reservation on Expedia for 6 days because my personal vehicle needed a repair. The latest drop off time available was 6pm. When I picked up the vehicle I explained I don’t get off work until 6pm and have two small children so I would need to drop off when I got off so I had someone to pick us up. I booked a truck rental online several days before I needed the vehicle. A day later they sent me an email asking about my personal insurance. There was no mention that there might be an issue with my rental. When I went to pick up the vehicle they said the moving truck I had reserved wasn’t available and that corporate should have called me 2 days before and directed me to call the 800 number. I booked a car in advance, and everything seemed to be in order until I arrived to pick up the vehicle. After charging me the full amount for the rental, including the deposit, they suddenly informed me that they couldn’t process the rental because I had used a debit card instead of a credit card.
