Car almost got my wife and I killed the first day. Was night started raining and wipers would not work. About killed us car was very dirty when we picked it up. Price was great. Customer service sucks.
Stay away from this location. If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a reservation on Expedia for 6 days because my personal vehicle needed a repair. The latest drop off time available was 6pm. When I picked up the vehicle I explained I don’t get off work until 6pm and have two small children so I would need to drop off when I got off so I had someone to pick us up. I booked a truck rental online several days before I needed the vehicle. A day later they sent me an email asking about my personal insurance. There was no mention that there might be an issue with my rental. When I went to pick up the vehicle they said the moving truck I had reserved wasn’t available and that corporate should have called me 2 days before and directed me to call the 800 number. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Budget Car Rental, and I feel compelled to share it. I booked a car in advance, and everything seemed to be in order until I arrived to pick up the vehicle. After charging me the full amount for the rental, including the deposit, they suddenly informed me that they couldn’t process the rental because I had used a debit card instead of a credit card.
