Jessica was amazing. Great customer service and extremely helpful. Stayed late to ensure we was taken care of after our flight arrived after closing.
They waited after hours just to service us amazing service Jessica is the one who stayed and assisted us will recommend everyone to come check them out!
Just a scam to see what outrageous fees they can try to charge you after you return the car. Try to send me a $250 cleaning fee for a car we returned as clean as we recieved it again, and my company is going to send you a bill for twice that in administrative costs for processing and responding to your bill, and yes we WILL send YOUR bill to collections the same way you would try to mine. I have been renting from Budget for years and have had great experiences with them. But this location at Killeen airport has been awful. From giving me vehicles with exposed airbags, which I refused to rent, to giving me vehicles with stained seats, which Budget tried to charge me for. Keeping proof really helped, as they didnt charge me in the end for cleaning the seats. But the worse...
