If I reserve a car for 9, I expect to get the car at 9. Its 9:30 and they talking about we can't get ahold of anyone to help you and then the guy here mad at me because of the unprofessionalism. To tell me the closest person is 45 minutes away after me waiting half an hour is crazy. This is multiple times I have had issues with them, won't be a third. Avoid them if you can.
I rented a vehicle for 7 days. I brought the vehicle back about 13 hours early. They told me at the airport. I was gonna be credited that time so when you call Customer Service, they’ll tell you no it’s charged in 24 hour increments so no matter if you bring your rental back an hour early or even 23 hours early they’re still gonna charge you that extra day.
