Booked an online reservation just to show up and be told there were no cars available. Tried to call multiple times to confirm before arriving. There was no answer. When I asked the girl at the desk why they couldn’t answer the phone, she told me “oh we were probably busy.” Mind you, she was sitting in the back and no one else was at the desk when I walked up.
