Unfortunately, when we arrived, the company didn’t have the correct vehicle that we reserved through the national center however, the local call the local office specifically Jessica was incredibly helpful and making our trip work although National didn’t book us correctly
Scam company AD I rent for a Mazda cx50 I received a chevy trail blazer small car very uncomfortable 3 cilinders not fit my 3 luggage and car without maintenance remote control battery dead low in engine oil and road assistant very difficult to contact a real person. BUDGET is most likely a third world company and even the third company is not like Budget .because they provide better services. Absolutely awful, I wouldn’t rent here again if it was free. Customer service is non-existent, chaotic, and they never have the car I rented. Stop advertising on your website if you’re overbooked. There’s a reason these cars are so cheap, you’ll be here for hours waiting for anyone to help you. Don’t go here.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Made a reservation for 02/18 at NOON.Get there there’s a problem w/ the card so now after running it twice the lady says after they run it twice it cancels out the reservation! Then says now I have to be charged as a walk-in which was $800 NOT including the deposit, that’s already $500 more dollars then what I paid the first time! So now we have to wait on a refund for the first transaction, but we get stuff figured out come back for the other reservation at 530, WHY IN THE WORLD DO WE HAVE TO CANCE... read more
This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a car rental company. But I God sent me to Killian and has had nothing but God sent help starting with Jodi. She was so helpful and understanding. Thank you for all your help.
