If I could give a minus 100 stars it would be waaay more than they deserve!!! We have been in line at the Budget rental at Newark for over an hour with 18 people still ahead of us. Most of the time there was one agent. Your customer service is appalling!!!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We had a reservation for over a month, we're FREQUENT renters. I called in the morning to confirm and let them know that I wouldn't be there at noon but I WOULD be there that afternoon as we were moving. Andrew assured me our car was safe. We got there at 4p and the boss Cynthia had decided to give our car away. So we had NO way to go to Tallahassee to fly out that night. Lovely customer service and support.... not.
These people clearly have no consideration or care concerning their customers time. I came an hour and fifteen minutes away just to arrive and find out they run credit checks to use your DEBIT card. As much as I have rented from this place this was my last time patronizing this location. 😡😡😡
