Jane is the absolute best, she was so helpful and solution oriented. I had some issue with my online reservation and she did everything to help me out.
In all my life of using budget rental this is one of the place I had the worst experience. I returned the vehicle on time and left the keys at the lobby since the office was closed early. The next day the office said I returned the vehicle late and also charged me for an extra day. If you live in the Dedham area just use enterprise I have never experienced this type of hustle. Also there is a good reason why this office has a 1 star rating do not overlook that.
