First I would like to say the customer service is second to none, The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I had a small issue that was fixed , But Darren and Jackie are phenomenal. And Tracy was able to resolve the issue. I recommend this place, Great place to get your rentals . Thanks guys Malvin J

Great experience at Avis/Budget Rental cars
My very first time and I reserved online. Went in, the woman at the counter was so rude. I asked if there was a restroom I could use. She told me to run across the street. Any question was answered so rudely. "I said $250!" was her full of attitude reply after I asked the amount that was going to be on hold because I misunderstood the amount she had said.
