Helpful personable and overall great experience
Quick and honest service! Not to mention very budget friendly
They are so understaffed that they can never answer the phone, always forwarded to the eight hundred number. Then the agent at the 800 number says to call back to get hold of the local office. They were never able to answer my questions. When I dropped off my car, I was able to speak to a lady who explained exactly what what's going on with the charges on my card and the contract, but since I had to come into the office to get that information I just turned my car in early and went to another rental company by uber.
