Love renting from this location! The staff are amazing women and they always have a car for me! I’ve been in there when they’ve had some unruly customers and they were as professional as can be! People can be nasty to these women but they always are professional! I used to rent from enterprise but these women have had my business for 4 years now. Love love love them. 10/10 service!
Maria and darnesha do a phenomenal job! Please don’t let these nasty comments deter you! I’ve used them for years and I’ve never had a complaint! Customer service is horrible at the hwy49 location. I know they have to do their job but being rude should not be one of them
I booked a car online weeks ago but when I went to the location they just told me they have no cars. When I asked to speak to a manager I was given a phone number that made me talk to AI for like 10 minutes before an agent told me I would either have to go to another location 2hrs away or wait. There were already people waiting. I drove off to enterprise and they let me rent a car without any issues, without even having a prior booking. If you are renting a car, just go to enterprise.
After reading the horrific reviews, I decided not to rent from this company/location
