Id give them no stars if I could. They STEAL YOUR MONEY. Claim they need a $250 deposit(On top of the price of the rental) that you get back after the cars returned. NOT TRUE. THEY TAKE IT. I kept the car an extra day and returned with a full tank of gas. Paid everything, waited almost a month for a deposit being returned only for them to steal it. Will never do business with this sheisty theiving company again. 200000/10 don't recommend.
I reserved an SUV for a week rental for a work trip. I tried to call the location at least 7 times before the reservation time, but got corporate each time. I drove 45 minutes one way, paid someone to take me to pick up the vehicle only to have nothing to rent. The attendant rolled her eyes and said we only have one car due back today and he is 4 hours late so likely not coming. She said they had nothing available. Avoid if possible. In january of 2026 I reserved a standard elite vehicle rental for the 1st week of march. When i showed up to pick up the vehicle in march, they didnt have a car available at all. After I left budget rental and said I would figure something out on my own, they called and said they had found a vehicle. What they gave me a trashed KIA Telluride.
