Nice cars, courteous and helpful staff
Terrible. We paid a week in advance online only to be told that a credit card was required for the deposit. No deposit online. We do not have a credit card. The clerk was no help. The manager via his cell only pointed to policy which was not explicit nor useful in the day we were to leave for vacation. This place is sketchy at best. Go with Enterprise.

HORRIBLE, they never pick up the phone horrible attitudes! Do NOT recommend!!! They don’t try to help you resolve an issues! Wish I could give ZERO STARS
If I could give this location 0 stars I would! They had terrible customer service and management. after pre booking a reservation, I was met with the rudest office/location manager to help me fulfill my reservation. She offered no support in the store and the ‘owners’ had even less common sense. All in all after hours of waiting and watching them “troubleshoot” their computers and systems, I was never able to complete the reservation because of their technical difficulties and they offered no resolution or comps or refund op... read more
