Hard to find. Lackluster, basic, etc.
Car WREAKED of smoke when we got it, driver door was broken and wouldn't shut properly, the change oil light came on half way through our trip, and the vehicle hadn't been cleaned when we picked it up. So....if you want a smelly, dirty, broken, un-maintenanced vehicle, then this is your place!
Today I tried to rent a 12' truck for a move. Website said there were trucks available to pick up today. I made the assumption that I could walk in and rent a truck. I pull into the parking lot and there are four trucks outside. I go inside to ask if I can rent one, and the man behind the counter snarkily says, "Got a reservation?" He tells me I need to make a reservation and that they don't have anything available today. I go back to my house to book online, lo and behold, they have trucks available. No stars for this guys very disappointed
Do not rent from Budget Rented a car because my vehicle had to go in shop, rented for 5 days My vehicle was fixed in 2 days and now Budget says I have to pay for the 5 days. This is BS and very bad business
