Budget only gets 5 stars because of the employee who works here. (The rest of the Budget experience left much to be desired.) Budget gave me an improperly serviced car at LAX. The woman from El Paso was very helpful and gave the info to get an oil change nearby.
Hard to find. Lackluster, basic, etc.
Car WREAKED of smoke when we got it, driver door was broken and wouldn't shut properly, the change oil light came on half way through our trip, and the vehicle hadn't been cleaned when we picked it up. So....if you want a smelly, dirty, broken, un-maintenanced vehicle, then this is your place!
Today I tried to rent a 12' truck for a move. Website said there were trucks available to pick up today. I made the assumption that I could walk in and rent a truck. I pull into the parking lot and there are four trucks outside. I go inside to ask if I can rent one, and the man behind the counter snarkily says, "Got a reservation?" He tells me I need to make a reservation and that they don't have anything available today. I go back to my house to book online, lo and behold, they have trucks available.
