This place is horrible. Rented a car. Paid for it. no car. Avoid them. I wrote that last week and they wrote the note below. Same message for the other customers they hurt. I sent an email and the gist was 'sorry, not sorry.' Will never use them again. Avoid them. Not reliable. Customer service is horrid. Can't be counted on. If I could leave negative stars I would.

I wish I could give no stars. I was late picking up car and called the number listed here. It went to national number and was told it would be just fine. When I arrived, I was given a dirty vehicle and told I could go cleanit myself and be reimbursed. Like I have time for that and as though I shouldn't expect to pick up a clean car. She then said it was because I was late picking up the car. Stephanie was rude and unreasonable. If I could leave negative stars I would. I made my reservation a month ahead of time, called three days ahead to confirm my pickup date and time, and when I arrived in Las Cruces they said they don’t have any trucks (while I’m looking at a truck but whatever). We drove two hours to pick up this truck and now they’re sending us to El Paso. Beyond irritated with this location and highly recommend spending the extra money elsewhere!
