went in on Saturday to rent a vehicle, and the experience was extremely frustrating. The young woman at the front desk who checked us in seemed completely incompetent. I told her clearly that there would only be one driver, yet she still charged us for two. When we noticed the mistake, she said she couldn’t refund it. Budget only gets 5 stars because of the employee who works here. (The rest of the Budget experience left much to be desired.) Budget gave me an improperly serviced car at LAX. The woman from El Paso was very helpful and gave the info to get an oil change nearby.
Hard to find. Lackluster, basic, etc.
Car WREAKED of smoke when we got it, driver door was broken and wouldn't shut properly, the change oil light came on half way through our trip, and the vehicle hadn't been cleaned when we picked it up. So....if you want a smelly, dirty, broken, un-maintenanced vehicle, then this is your place!
