Always like this brand. Was nice to see the rental counter busy when we arrived. Simple check-in, gave us a brand new vehicle, low kms, and pickup lot was a short walk away. Return was easy breezy. I was very careful, no speeding, no drink driving, and no hitting the curb (scuffing rims), driving vehicle like my own. Thanks for a smoke free fleet. Would definitely rent here again, if the opportunity arises.

Horrible experience, booked for a mid-size sedan, and phoned them confirmed the vehicle before come, while I showed up, they don't have any sedan for me left, trying to down grade to a Hyundai Venue for me for same price, and trying to tell me that is a sedan lol, the staff and manager are not friendly at all, when I asking the phone number of the head office for a complain, he gave me the phone number of Avis car rental lol, cancelled the reservation and booked with enterprise, they offer shuttle and multiple options to pic... read more

if you LOVE going back and forth over misinformation and are NOT relying on a car service from here for your vacation, this is an excellent place to go!
