Sure it easy to get there
Read reviews before renting from this company. I didn’t and I had some experience not good either. If I can leave a -0 review I would, I recently rented a Dodge Durango 2024 from your Regina sk location, and before leaving the city I phone and told a guy on the phone the vehicle is shaking while driving and breaking, and instead of saying come back and we will exchange it. He said once you drive a little longer or wash the tires it should be good. That didn’t happen and having 4 young children in the vehicle didn’t make our ... read more
Terrible experience. When I arrived the employees were in the back and the customer ahead of me had to go get Preet, the front counter worker. When I asked what the different charges were, Preet explained it was cheaper to return the vehicle early than rent for a full day. I kept this in mind.Rented a 2025 moving van and check engine light came on during use. Had to wait until they reopened to try and exchange it (lost a day as nobody said they would be closed Sunday and the Monday). I wasn’t going to risk continuing to driv... read more
Always like this brand. Was nice to see the rental counter busy when we arrived. Simple check-in, gave us a brand new vehicle, low kms, and pickup lot was a short walk away. Return was easy breezy. I was very careful, no speeding, no drink driving, and no hitting the curb (scuffing rims), driving vehicle like my own. Thanks for a smoke free fleet. Would definitely rent here again, if the opportunity arises.
Great service, quick and efficient. Friendly staff that got us into our rental and on the road as quick as possible.
