Good staff really and I recommend to everyone rent car this location
I had used them for 2 years for all my long trips on unlimited mileage. Im now experiencing additional day charges and mileage charges on my free upgrades. Problem is, they didn't tell me that I'd be paying mileage moving from the SUV to Truck. It's disappointing because I was enjoying the service and staff but feel shafted from a rental increasing by $159. I guess I'll look for another rental company. Beware: free upgrade can change your unlimited kms to paying kms. Disappointed.
I rented a cube truck on short notice when a reservation that I had elsewhere was cancelled last minute. The process was easy, the truck was nice and clean, the staff friendly, no complaints.
Budget Rental car and A & B Autobody Shop not admitting their fault and it blame to me. I lost $108.29. It was for damage deposit. It’s my first time having rental car and car fixing. I got the rental car not gas full and it was just quarter of it. And no one told me what to do about it when I got the car on July 3, 2025 at 450pm. I returned the rental car on July 20 and I refilled only the same amount quarter of gas because that’s what I’d got.
