Horrible DO NOT USE THEM! I planned out my whole day. I get there had a problem with me begin under 25 mind you I have 3 sports cars with full coverage! Besides the point they had 4 cars but wouldn’t let me rent one because of my age. And then proceeded to use that there 3 flights landing and she needs to reserve them for them just in case they rent a car! LIKE IM NOT STANDING THERE TRYING TO RENT A CAR! Reserved a 12 passenger transit for 3 days. Went to pick it up in the morning, was told by manager to come back an hour and a half later since vehicle wasn't ready. Came back and was told I NEEDED a credit card for this vehicle. Instead, I ended up renting the 12 passenger transit from Les Ford in Appleton with no hassel.
Rented the Chevy Bolt EV while my car was being repaired. Expected the battery to last at least 150 miles even though the claim is 200 miles on the Budget website.. give some flexibility for the heat lights etc. Battery was limited to a 80% charge so drive 90 miles and barely made it to a charging station. I was not told about the limitation and spent more time and money charging the battery than getting last minute Christmas shopping done. If you rent this vehicle please be prepared to spend a lot of time and money charging... read more
