I always use budget for my travel. This is a licenced location with terrible service. I guess e cars require a credit card, so despite reserving one with my FasTrack account they couldn't do it. Ok, give me a gas car, nope their system couldn't do that. Went to Enterprise I was out the door in 5 minutes. Terrible representation of Budget.
Go to enterprise!!! Bait and switch. I selected the cheapest car to rent, a compact. No where did it say it was electric, which would have been fine if I had not been driving outside of the electric car’s range. Once I was there and trapped, they told me they would let me rent a gas Nissan Sentra for an extra $270 dollars. If I had just gone to enterprise, right next door, I would have spent $300 less because they wouldn’t have bait and switch me. Deplorable business. I rented a car from the Milwaukee Airport and was given a vehicle with expired tags (by several months!). Budget customer service was no help over the phone, however when I brought the vehicle in to the Green Bay airport, the employees there - Emery and Rylee - were amazing to deal with and fully took care of the problem. Their customer service was some of the best I've seen anywhere! While I don't think I would ever rent from the Milwaukee location again, Emery and Rylee did a lot to restore my faith in this company.
