Terrible experience with miscommunication about adding a driver to the contract during a very stressful time, customer service has been awful to deal with, I am out $700 for a 2 day rental. I would recommend any other car rental place.
Quick service was great, and the gentlemen at the desk were very helpful in getting us set up. Returning the car was just as easy. No complaints from me.
Just got back from a work trip from Abbotsford, arrived late Friday to pick up my rental. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Smooth transaction and quick. Car supplied was above expectation and clean. Thank-you for the experience.
I did booking one month ago i made a payment in advance through credit card and what i came to know that they have the car but i cannot take it because the card that i used to reserve the car they need that , like seriously , they are scammers charging 750$ hold on your credit card , for what ??? Just because they want to waste your time and money , Totally crap , Never Trust Them Guys
Cheapest customer service i ever received! Came here on Thursday night for a car rental, the guy there was so rude, he said he had 18 something yrs of experience. and don’t know what! which made me cancel the rental, plus made $150 bill without fuel charges, said i was under 25 although when i went to thrifty car rental they charged me $100 and at least Thrifty people are nice. Huge difference!! Never coming back!
