If I'd had to put up with what my friend is, it'd be zero or negative! Her car broke down and it took 3-4 different phone calls to find someone "able" to do anything for her, and 3+hours to get it resolved! This was mainly due to lack of training for the employees at the airport who should have advised about the roadside assistance to call before handing over the car.
