Experience starts when I walk up to the counter and discover they don’t open until 9 am. Even though the competition was all open already. Waited twenty minutes to open and the guy still wasn’t there. Shows up 5 minutes late. And then after going through everything he won’t rent me the car because I don’t have a hard visa. I let him know earlier that I had lost my wallet. Hence my temp driver license that I got two days ago and passport for picture verification.
