How is this company still recommended at this airport, it's been an hour there's still a line in front of me for a rental I had a reservation for 1530 got checked in 10 min late it is now 1700 still no car.
Two people on staff but only one was checking people in, despite 9 people in line and each person taking over 15 minutes each. All of the other services went through their lines in the time this one managed to help 3 people.
Their phone number doesnt get you to a human and when you finally get to them, you cant talk to a person at the building. The most insane thing I've ever delt with
