Great vehicle for my purposes. Although I made an early reservation for a specific size car, in a last minute adjustment by Budget, a different car was made available but at a higher cost. I was advised to call HQ for adjustment. Overall, a very good experience.
If I could give zero stars I would. Have a rental that is shifty with transmission issues. Was told at first I had to pay an extra 430.00 to get a different car. Spoke to thr customer complaint line person and was told to go to the closet airport. Got to the airport and they had zero cars available. I will never rent from shifty budget ever again.
