I have rented from the location in the airport many times and had good experiences and no complaints until this time. The car was fine except no spare tire. The cost of the actual rental was reasonable. The BULLSHIT fees tacked on this time were ridiculous! Almost $100 in made up charges that are just designed to price gouge. They were not charged previously, I have rented from this company for the last 8 years. How is this company still recommended at this airport, it's been an hour there's still a line in front of me for a rental I had a reservation for 1530 got checked in 10 min late it is now 1700 still no car.
Two people on staff but only one was checking people in, despite 9 people in line and each person taking over 15 minutes each. All of the other services went through their lines in the time this one managed to help 3 people.
