My Budget rental car broke down so I had to get it towed and then I had to go to this location to get another rental car. The tow truck company that Avis wanted me to use brought the car to their personal lot so they can charge a storage fee instead of bringing it to Avis. Outstanding customer service from Mrs. Doris. Made my budget experience easy and enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a car from FAY.
Reserved a car. Got a confirmation number. When I arrived they stated they were sold out. The desk clerk was friendly and informative about what to do if I was charged at booking.
Great customer service. Took a 14 hr Trip no issue with the rental ( 25 Chevy equinox) great on gas by the way. Recommended
If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely horrible- zero help at all. I had a reservation booked and payed through the precheck option just to arrive and not have a vehicle, make that make sense! When asked how to get a refund or really just any sort of help the lady at the desk did not care at all! Hope this helps, do not go to this counter!
