I had a great experience renting a car here, thank you.
Reservations made well in advance, receptionists told all 20 of us (strangers from the same flight) “we are a little behind right now, wait time is about an hour to an hour and a half. We have the vehicles but you all came in needing 30 vehicles and they are just now being cleaned”. NOT one vehicle was ready to go for reservations you SAW and confirmed?? Come on now, to top it off half of the customers are military so there is no “just go with another vendor” 🤨 Horrible! Unnecessary waiting after a long couple of flights.
If I could leave 0/0, I would. I had my reservation for weeks before arriving earlier today. Got to the stand to pick up the rental at 1pm… waited for 5 1/2 hours until I finally got the car. And there were easily 20+ more people still waiting after that. No sense of urgency from the staff at all, and no explanations provided other than just “cleaning” the vehicles. If I have a reservation, I expect it to be RESERVED and ready at that time, that’s just common sense. Do better.
I never create reviews but as I write this right now I have been sitting waiting for my rental car for 5 hours a rental car that was prepaid for 3 weeks ago! Do not use this service just use enterprise it’s worth the extra few dollars. I could have driven to Fayetteville from Florida myself in the time it took me to fly into Fayetteville and wait for this car. 0/0 stars. Worst experience of my life.
