Gave me the wrong vehicle, and it broke down. Would not recommend renting from here
This place doesn't not deserve a star. The customer representative was very disrespectful. I arrived early to pick up a rental car and he sat in his car and watched me waiting outside. The hand written sign on the door stating he will be back at 10:00. I will never rent from Budget rental car again.
Not recommended at all, I had my credit card I made my reservation days and days in advance. they wouldn't scan my card he told me that he was unable to and I was not allowed to get my car. What I believe is that he wasn't ready the car wasn't ready even though I had already placed this order like 4 days before this my car should have been ready. also I did have a Wells Fargo account I had an actual credit card for them to use.
