Love finding $2800 worth of fraudulent charges after renting a car with them. They charged me double and charged me twice. Probably the worst service I have ever received at a car rental place. Edit: it has gone from bad to worse. Now I have over $4800 worth of charges to my credit card and Budget has informed me that I need to take it up with a third party vendor despite the charges coming from Budget. Always rent feom budget but the guy working at this location was the worst ever. Made on online reservation walked in said no availability. Didn't say another damn word called customer service he canceled my reservation all together didn't offer a new location to modify it or nothing just canceled it . Would avoid this location at all costs
Terrible experience. -The car was filthy on the outside and was not cleaned prior to rental -other people’s finger prints and smudges all over the radio/ screens and mirrors on the interior -not vacuumed at all -odd smell -alignment needed , the steering wheel vibrated heavily at 65 MPH with loud noises
