After making a reservation almost 4 months in advance, they call me the day of my reservation to say they don’t have a car for me. I went there early to discuss and was told to maybe call other locations or I could take a much smaller vehicle. They had another car on the lot slightly smaller than the class I reserved but at first told they couldn’t rent it to me. I was skeptical at first based on the reviews. Service was great. I had no idea there was a budget car rental near the area. I would always go to ohare. The car I received was not what I expected. Newer model,clean smooth ride. Will be coming back when seeking a rental
Mike the owner gave me a 2026 Chevy Trax and I had my doubts about it. it is the greatest rental car I've ever had. service here is fantastic so everybody should come to Hoffman Estates Avis Budget Rent a Car they're excellent.
They cancelled the booking last minute without even informing, we only got to know about the cancellation when we went to the location for pickup.
Worst location ever! Did not have my truck even after confirming a day before!
