I would have given a zero star rating, but that’s not an option. Rented a cargo van for 5 days for a one way trip from Vancouver, Wa to Las Vegas NV. The cargo van completely broke down will my family, dogs and all our possessions inside. I spent over $860 for this van and was promised the van was in GOOD and well checked condition. Danielle was great. Rented a one way truck to LA to move son. First truck had a/c and heat not working. Not a problem switched it out right away. Great service! Started a tough move off right with smiles and compassion. Rare in that industry.
