They gave us a car with a major dent near the gas tank (and a nearly empty gas tank). When we went to fill up, gas wouldn't go in. The manager "took our word for it" that there was a dent and would not give us another car of the same size (wanted to overcharge us for their mistake). John (the manager) then proceeded to cancel our reservation because we were asking for basic customer service. Absolutely recommend going elsewhere. Avoid at all costs. The manager is horrible.

Flight arrived late and they kept the place open which was really appreciated. However, car was not very clean even though it was new. Check back in is a complete mess. Waited close to an hour in line because there was one person working (10 people in line). The line almost never moved because Avis preferred members kept showing up cutting the line. I would not recommend renting here unless you are a preferred member. They are nice, but seriously understaffed.

Very difficult to deal with. I spent hours on the phone trying to to extend my rental one day, it was a ridiculous process.

I rented a car at the Budget kiosk at the Eugene Airport. KC, the agent at the desk, helped me both at pick up and drop off. She greeted me with a smile, was friendly, professional, and was so very helpful. She made both processes easy. She even ensured I got my glasses and garage door opener from the car, which I had forgotten. Excellent service!! Many THANKS to KC!!!
