I returned my rental car to the Eugene Airport Budget location on September 13, but I am being charged for three additional days. When I arrived, Budget’s designated return area was completely full, with no available spaces. I spoke directly with the Budget employee on duty, who instructed me to park the vehicle in the same area where I had picked it up. I would steer clear. Reserved a car 5 months in advance and was told a month before I would get that car. Then a week before was told j would have to pick up the car a day early to guarantee that car. Picked up the car very late the night before and was charged a full extra day because they over booked it. Tried calling but I was told by their employee that the phone is not even connected act that you automatically get sent to India. The staff here, particularly Ivy and Annie, were excellent. I had originally rented a car up in Portland but learned very quickly it was much too large for me. Luckily, they were able to get me swapped out to a smaller car with no issues, saving me a ton of stress that I’d have driving for the rest of the week. I’m so very, very grateful to them for being able to help and accommodate me on such short notice. Highly recommend!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Reserved an electric 5+ passenger vehicle 3 months in advance (Ford Mustang Mach-E or “similar”). Arrived to pickup, was told that a Chevy Bolt was the only electric vehicle available, as if that’s comparable. Wound up switching to a Ford Escape, which cost double what the electric would have been for our road trip. Then, returned the car exactly on time and got charged $30 extra.
