Fast and friendly
Don’t rent or return from the airport location. I rent with Budget all the time and have never had any issues, but we ran into nothing but attitude from the staff here. We also showed up to the desk with 7 other customers to find out that even though we all had reservations, they apparently “had no cars” … dude we’ve had this car booked for literally months, how did you not plan for pick up? On the website it states for a DEBIT/credit card for deposit. Made a reservation they took the money for the car and would take deposit at pickup. Arrived to Eugene airport and gave them my debit card. They stated they don’t take chime or cashapp. Was told I needed a card from a banking institution. My boyfriend arrived 2 hours later with his bank card. We were then told they didn’t take that and now saying it has to be a credit card only. Wouldn’t let his dad use his credit card to cover costs bc he wasn’t there physically ... read more
