Peter was friendly and helpful.
Annie and Peter were so friendly and patient with us at 12:35 am as our flight was delayed and they waited for us to arrive along with other passengers. Great people and a great experience!!!!
We had a good experience picking up our car here. The outside of the car needed better cleaning. But other than that, we were pleased and glad they had a 7-passenger available for a 1-way rental.
Rented a car and there was no AC even though it was listed on the rental agreement. I called and was told to bring the car back but already 1 got into the road trip. I told the girl at the return and she couldn't care less. They will turn around and give that car to some other sucker. They don't check over their cars. Never again Budget.
