They really treated me badly, the receptionist Regina was rude, they didn't give me my money back and they didn't give me a solution either, terrible service
The company I work rents their cargo vans from budget in Kent and one the van has to be replaced. The replacement van they delivered has body damage, right turn signal bulb was out and brake sensor turns on majority of the time with the smell of brake fluid burning. This is a safety hazard vehicle, I don’t know how it would pass the safety check up before renting it out. Told me they would call me back, they never did. I called back, lady on the phone said she’s “SLAMMED” but when my husband walked in 5 min later, there was literally no one in there.
Look how long the line is and what a minimum number of open counters. Expect a waiting time longer than your flight. Do not rent with Budget.
