Very helpful with all the verbal details about the rental process. Nice almost brand new car. Should ask if we're familiar with all the new gadgets. It took 2 trips back in to get help how to operate and about white stains throughout the front and back seats. ( he says it was sunscreen from the previous renters ). Didn't want to be responsible for a clean return that he mentioned a few times.
I am writing this review to warn other customers about my experience with this location. I have been sent false damage claims for rental vehicles twice in the past year, despite returning the cars in the exact condition in which they were received. In both instances, I did not cause the alleged damage. I have been diligent about documenting the condition of the vehicles, and it is incredibly frustrating to be subjected to these recurring, baseless charges. Reserved a car, paid in advance spent $40.00 on round trip UBER to be told there is no car available. A joke terrible customer service. Never again !!!
Very flexible, helpful, and friendly. Reasonable prices. We have always had a good experience renting from Budget in Westport and the people who run it are always friendly and knowledgeable.
I routinely rent from these guys for work and always have a pleasant experience. I'll continue renting from here in the future.
