Potential scam artists? We prepaid online through Hotels.com, but when we arrived, Budget charged us again in full. We tried to resolve it, but were sent through hoops by customer service. After finally giving up and returning the car less than 24 hours later, we were still charged well beyond the daily rate quoted. Avoid - Scam Artists I’ve been a loyal Budget customer for years, but after dealing with this location, I’m done. I returned a rental car in February with no issues. The person doing the walk-through didn’t note any damages, yet four months later, I receive a bogus claim for over $2k in supposed damages. This feels like a scam, and I’m beyond frustrated. Don’t trust these owners or their shady practices. Definitely will not rent here again.
Price was good. Car had problems, but that was Budget @ Bradley airport. Westport office is awesome
Worst staff and unprofessional. Do not rent from this location if you your time is important to you.
