MADE A RESERVATION AND NO CARS ARE LEFT WHEN I ARRIVED. Couldn’t care less to let customers know ahead of time. Waste of time and money to get to this location.

Rented a car with them via third party agent, prepaid beforehand. At pickup, I was told credit card was needed, clarified and confirmed booking was prepaid so only deposit is charged on hold. A day after returning the car, came home to receive the statement via email with an additional full charge on the same credit card. More than 2 weeks later still trying to get a refund from them via the agent. What is so difficult, if you have already received double payments for the same booking?

Vehicle was dirty upon pickup, didn't get Vehicle i had reserved ( reserved a small suv, got a large minivan) had extra charges on my final receipt I had to spend 2 hours on the phone disputing. It would have been cheaper and easier just to use Lyft.

No cars for the 30ish people waiting in line on a Saturday morning for a car. The worker was very nice and tried to help where he could.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived early and waited for them to open, then returned the car on time with a full tank of gas. Despite this, I was charged both a late return fee and a refueling charge. I contacted them multiple times about the charges, but this should not have happened in the first place. Customers shouldn’t be charged fees for services or issues that didn’t occur. I would recommend carefully checking your final transaction/bill before leaving, as these charges were not accurate.
