I walked in right as they opened. I was the second person to be helped. I would like to recognize Sunny for her professionalism and outstanding customer service. Super easy process and was very happy with the rental provided. I think these folks get a bad rap due to the cruise ship port being so close and just get inundate.
Really easy experience and Sonny helped us out a ton. Really insightful on the local area and felt like she had our best interest at heart.
Rented an EV. Got charged for refueling despite us returning it above the charge we picked it up at. Called budget and they said they would refund however never received the refund.
Overall positive experience! One hiccup was they misread or missed the fuel level upon my returning the car and charged me extra, but when I went back and asked about this they were quick to correct and refund.
