Rented an EV. Got charged for refueling despite us returning it above the charge we picked it up at. Called budget and they said they would refund however never received the refund.
Overall positive experience! One hiccup was they misread or missed the fuel level upon my returning the car and charged me extra, but when I went back and asked about this they were quick to correct and refund.
Absolute worst experience with this location. I’ve tried to contact this location for months and have gotten no response. If you are reading this and you’re from the Seattle location, please contact me as I’d like to get this sorted out. When we rented we were told we would get $4.50 back on every extra gallon of gas returned in the car in addition to what we drove off the lot with in the tank. Asked for a rental with seat warmers. Was told what I got had seat warmers. It did not. Tried to exchange it. They told me they dont know which ones have seat warmers. Asked me which ones do. I dont work at a car dealership. I dont know. Was told to go to another location for a different rental. Went there, they didn't have any clean cars for exchange. Big waste of time. Very ignorant employees
Need to improve clean places and restrooms.
