My sister was scheduled to rent a car from the airport. She didn't find out that they were closed until the day before. Very disappointed
Budget thinks it’s appropriate to add a 75% “deposit” to the cost of renting with no notification. I first heard of the extra cost when my credit card was in the reader and the price came up $400 instead of $250. The incredibly rude agent refused to get me a supervisor or any sort of written information about the extra cost. Absolutely unbelievable.
