Fraud! Run away!!! I booked a 16'' truck online and went there on May 9th. The front desk told me that they only have 26'' trucks. I told him and saw him writing down my confirmation number and told me that he will cancel my order since they do not have 16'' truck. I left and the next day rented a U-Haul. While one month later, I scan my credit card history. Surprisingly, I found that they charged me 150 dollar no show fee. Unbelievable.
Did not have the truck available that I booked 2 days before, called me and offered me a van 1 hour before rental start time, and then proceeded to charge me a $150 fee for a no show for a reservation they did not and could not service. Offered me $75 when I called to get it removed because CS couldn't get in touch with the location to confirm that the truck wasn't available. RECOMMENDED. I had a *very* different experience than most people here. The person at the desk was very helpful and very accommodating. First class experience. I rented a truck (I was actually an hour early) and he drove it around for me and had me in and out in about 5 minutes. I'll be coming back here! The location is right next to Home Depot, so it's perfect if you need to transport stuff...
