I’ve been renting cars from Budget Rental in Laurel, MD for many years, and I’ve always had a great experience. Trish and the staff consistently provide excellent customer service and make the entire rental process easy and stress free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and friendly service. I highly recommend this location to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a great rental experience!
We had every code from our booking. They said they can’t find the booking number. Even the Lady next door told us, she didnt see any employee the last days
Quick and easy check out and return. Prices and availability were good and comparable. The only thing that took me aback was that the minivan was not cleaned on the outside or vacuumed on the inside but otherwise it was fine.
Unprofessional, should be structured to cater to customers, not family members of the business.
Very nice staff who was willing to help us right before closing. Got things sorted efficiently and we were on our way in a handful of minutes. It's rare to have a rental car receptionist actually communicate with some life in them so that was a breath of fresh air.
