I had such an excellent experience with Budget Car Rental in Missoula this past weekend. This was my first time ever renting a car solo and my first solo trip in another state, so I was honestly pretty nervous going into it. I was worried getting off the plane and picking up the rental would be stressful or time consuming, especially since I was only there for a quick turnaround visit with a friend. I would highly recommend you go with a different company. I rented a car for 3 days and had selected to return it at 5pm the day on the second day. It rolled into the 3rd day because it was after the time I originally picked it up. Well I ended up not needing the car for 3 days. Call corporate and the local store and got the same answer. You pre booked so you can’t get a refund but you’re more than welcome to drop it off early.
