When I arrived I was greeted by the two ladies behind the counter badmouthing a customer they just got off the phone with. When she was checking me in she asked if I wanted to prepay for the fuel . I told her I cannot as this is a government rental. She said "all you have to do is answer no." After the whole transaction was completed. I walked out to the vehicle. It was filthy, inside and out. The worst car rental experience. They charged us for gas though we returned it full. Then after six months of renting we receive a bill for damage to a tire. The charge was for $221 and made no sense. It felt like I was doing business with a group of sleezebags. I will never use Budget.

Leave their dirty rough looking low budget rentals in our lot. The next time we are just having them towed. We understand you’re a local franchise with a less than desirable owner and frankly we don’t care..

Rented a Pacifica back in August. Loved the service, got the keys before my friends even got our suitcase from the baggage claim. No issues with the van the entire trip, took it to Glacier and then ended up in Denver. They had the minimal dings and scratches marked with white x's so I was confident I wouldn't get screwed.

Budget is always the best and best priced. They also don't make you jump through a bunch of hoops to get a vehicle
