I have rented vehicles from this location on several occasions in past years, and have always had great service. This time, Billy was in the office at both pickup and dropoff, and took care of everything with efficient and polite customer service. Always a great experience, and I'll be back again to this location.

Don't come here. You will be waiting for a car for hours, and even if you put gas in a car ( I even overfilled it), they will charge you the gas fee.

When I tried to pick up the car I was informed that no car was available and they just cancelled my reservation

Upon arriving to this location it was two customer ahead of me and one behind me. Then the gentleman in with the back arrived . He stated he was next. He left and went to get something to drink. We went back and forth because the clerk never stated or communicated with us that it was somebody coming back and will be serviced before us. I let him know that was not fair . I made reservation 2 months ago , good price. The day before am going on trip I got a voicemail from budget college park location saying , they don’t have a car and they had to cancel it. I called call center to find out what is happening , and was told the SUV I booked not available and another SUV would cost me double price. The would not honor the same price for different SUV. It unfair practice they doing over there, but I had a back up plan, I would have been screwed up by budget .
