I made reservation 2 months ago , good price. The day before am going on trip I got a voicemail from budget college park location saying , they don’t have a car and they had to cancel it. I called call center to find out what is happening , and was told the SUV I booked not available and another SUV would cost me double price. The would not honor the same price for different SUV. It unfair practice they doing over there, but I had a back up plan, I would have been screwed up by budget .
The website says that this location has a key Dropbox. It doesn’t.
Superb service! Esuma and Billy who works over here helps a lot to his customers. Would prefer their service anytime.
It’s a great experience every time I rent a car from this particular College park location. I really appreciate Esuma’s efficiency and customer service. I’ll be back for sure!
HIGHL NOT RECOMMENDED The front desk is slow and doesn’t not care about your money. He was very disrespectful when I told him I was in hurry. The system is slow and requires you to have an another id for no reason with tell you previously. SAVE YOUR EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND RENT CAR FROM SOME WEHRESLES
