Budget and Avis are operated in the same place . I rent ed with Avis and was given a car that wasn't even close to what I reserved and it was dirty. Tom argued with me when I asked him to come out and look at it which I did not tolerate and told hime I would not argue about something so obvious as neglect to cleanliness. This place used to be a real hidden gem now it's nothing more than a dirtclod. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere even if it is more costly

Budget closed at 4:00pm so we were unable to pick up our car after landing at 5:00pm. They refused to give us a refund or let us pick up the car the following morning. The customer service rep was extremely rude and not helpful.
They upsold and definitely didn't need fuel prepaid. They didn't explain it well and felt tricked
