WORST EXPERIENCE! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. We had a reservation for spring break which was booked months ago. We called the week before to confirm the car would be available and they guaranteed it would be. The night before we are supposed to pick up the car we get a call saying the car will not be ready for pick up at 9am. Took great care of me and made sure my rental was ready to go and was an awesome experience. Staff was amazing and I am very thankful for them.

Absolute best experience- Tommy was amazing! Seamless, professional and made sure I was familiar with all aspects of the vehicle I was renting. I ended up not needing the rental as long as I thought and Tommy made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Avis/Budget rental on Hall rd.,Clinton Twp.
