Worst experience I’ve ever had. I prepaid only to get denied when I get there because I didn’t have a major credit card. Then they tell me I have to wait 3-10 business for my refund. This is unacceptable and I will never go back there.
WORST EXPERIENCE! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. We had a reservation for spring break which was booked months ago. We called the week before to confirm the car would be available and they guaranteed it would be. The night before we are supposed to pick up the car we get a call saying the car will not be ready for pick up at 9am. When will it be ready “we don’t know” We have reservations we need to be on the road.. no apologies, didn’t try to help or resolve the situation. Simply just said nothing I can do. Took great care of me and made sure my rental was ready to go and was an awesome experience. Staff was amazing and I am very thankful for them.
