I rented a cargo van. Van was fine and the price was good. However, sales associated was very deceptive and basically scammed me. He said that since it was a cargo van it was considered a "commercial vehicle" and that Physical damage insurance was mandatory. I double-checked with my insurance afterwards and it is not. Ended up costing an extra $200. Be aware.

DONT RETURN A BUDGET TRUCK HERE. Budget truck itself customer service was good. But my return location for my rental was here and even though we returned the truck ONE DAY EARLIER than the contracted date, the location told budget they didn’t receive the truck and I got charged $110 late fee per day for 16 days!!! $1600 they charged me when they forgot that they gave me a receipt when we returned the truck that clearly stated the time and date the truck was returned. If I could give Budget Car Rental ZERO stars, I would and even that feels too generous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! Let’s start with the fact that they didn’t even have the car we reserved. You know, the whole point of making a reservation? Instead, they “upgraded” us and by that, I mean they downgraded us into a prehistoric tin can that rattled like it was haunted by the ghost of better rentals.
