Gave 5 stars last September to budget car hire embassy suites, this year they get 1 star, picked up car 20 mins early while was fine but it was so dirty on the outside with white paint marks on the back bumper, I had to point out scratches and marks on the car incase I hot blamed for it, drove off and car was fine then the next morning and every 3rd day I had to pump air into the passenger front tire as there was a slow puncture, car was due to be returned at 1pm as our flight was 5.15pm, I gave the man the keys at 12.45pm a... read more

Atención al cliente pésimo. La persona que nos atendió no fue amable, no nos explicaba nada, pareciera que solo intentaba agregarnos cosas extra aprovechando que no entendíamos el idioma. Última vez que alquilamos con esta empresa. No lo recomiendo
