Great service. Due to my own mistake, had to walk up, no reservation, but had a car in 5 minutes. Saved my vacation.
I have rented cars from this Budget location inside the Embassy Suites in Orlando many times, and unfortunately the customer service provided by the employee **Orlando** has been consistently unacceptable. He is rude, arrogant, and shows absolutely no interest in helping customers. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, instead of trying to resolve the issue or provide any guidance, he simply tells me to go to the airport location or call Budget Customer Service.
