Staff was friendly and the rental process was quick and it was easy to do an extension online. The only flaw was the vehicle smelled like someone smoked cigarettes in it previously, but it wasn't a smell that was noticeable until about a week later. Overall great rental experience, I will absolutely rent from Budget in the future when the need arises.

This location had no agreement number on the paperwork which made it extremely difficult to return our rental to another location. Customer service could not find us in the system using our name, phone number, card used, nothing! Customer service had me return to nearest airport so I can speak with someone in person. When we arrived, the height clearance was not high enough. I was then told I could not return the rental at the airport. We must drive 37 minutes to a different location. Absolute garbage of a location and an experience. Do not trust them with your reservation. Ever. I scheduled a reservation for a car almost one month ago and was getting confirmation emails from Budget and even texts the day before the reservation was scheduled - all to tell me that I should be getting ready for my trip. But when I got to the rental location the women at the counter practically laughed at me telling me that there had been a big recall on the car that I had reserved and that they had nothing for me.
