The people at Budget on Gordon Road in Wilmington NC were awesome..I had a family emergency and Amy helped me find something last minute.A gentleman was very patient and helped me connect my phone to the car,( I'm not that savvy with certain technology)I will rent from them again!
Budget/Avis on Gordon Road are always a pleasure to deal with. Fast, friendly, honest and reliable.
Booked premium SUV a month out. Called day before and was told they still had my reservation. Wife stopped in day of just to make sure because of previous experiences with other rental companies. Was told they didn’t have one and that all large SUVs had been recalled. No one let us know. If we’d have shown up at 6pm as our reservation had stated we would have been in a serious bind.
