No one in the office when I walked in. Had to go outside to get someone for my reservation. The gentlemen that helped me seemed like he didn’t want to work there. As Budget took my deposit of $215 from Aug. 2nd, I still haven’t received it back yet and today is Aug 23. No A/C in truck and when I asked the guy about it he said he didn’t know because he didn’t inspect it. Terrible service will not recommend to anyone.
