This is an Avis/Budget location in a local mall. It’s a small office with one person so he has a lot of duties to complete. I reserved my car in advance. It was a no hassle experience, unlike many places that try to sell you many additional features. Best of all I got a much nicer car than I was expecting but there was no extra charge. The car had many features that most rental shops charge additional fees for. Also, renting locally, instead of at the airport saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me a better deal. I will never rent a car from Budget ever again! I booked a car rental on Expedia, I came in to get my car and paid the $200 holding fee that I never got returned to me. I put my cat in the rental car, the front desk person never said that no pets were allowed in the car. When I called customer service to ask why the $200 was never returned to me, the agent said it was because pets weren't allowed in the cars.
