I posted here yesterday about my terrible experience with them, I just looked at my bank and these guys charged me another $114 of unauthorized charges. I am getting a lawyer. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

The manager is extremely unprofessional!!! We booked a car through a third party, which I have done many times before without any problems. The agent called his manager who we then spoke to on facetime. The manager said it was impossible that we had booked the car at such a low price and accused us of fraud! Even though we had a reservation and everything with us. After much arguing we got our car. Horrible experience. Called me the morning of to tell me that I couldn’t pick up my rental car when I had reserved it for, and had to pick it up three hours later. Then did not give me the vehicle I requested, and gave me an all electric vehicle that was not even fully charged. Instead of giving me a discount, they told me that I could have a free day but then charged me for a late fee on my e-receipt. Would not recommend this location, the customer service was absolutely horrible.
