Clerk was nice enough, but not nice enough to fix the cluster that is budget
Always nice and courteous service!
Charged $50 to clean the floor mats. There was normal use and nothing seriously dirty. Never had a rental car company complain about a light cleaning. No photo evidence was available to review either.
I have used the Budget rental location on Baseline Rd. in Boulder multiple times per year with great success. It is a small one man operation but I have always gotten clean, lower mileage cars with very good service, including very fast pick-up & drop-off. Operator, Humam, has always provided me with extra services and conveniences when asked and has always refused to accept tips when more than well deserved.
