Staff are friendly but calling budget is a pain. Horrible to deal with.
Excellent service, fast check in, new vehicle (VW Taos), full tank of gas Why I will rent here again instead of Ottawa Airport. - there is no extra $20 airport administrative fee -unlimited mileage (airport rentals were 200km max per day) -drop box for after hours instead of having to pay for an extra day
Great customer service, special shout out to Dave!
Wonderful staff, Wonderful service. Had to wait for my ride after drop off and staff kept me comfortable and engaged.
