Service de location médiocre. Je loue le véhicule pour 06:AM. L’agent valide car je sais que j’irai tôt, il m’impose toutes les conditions, que nous acceptons. 06:00 am pile je suis là et personne. Ca va faire plus d’une heure. Les véhicules sont là, mais comment en prendre possession. Personne. Pourquoi donc accepter de louer tôt? Très déçu.
Book a car today for 8 AM, I am currently sitting out side, it is 8:50 and no one is here... Would not recommend, will be seeking a full refund and will probably never use Budget Rentals ever again. Highly unprofessional.
