Très déçu par mon expérience avec Budget Hull. J’ai loué une voiture du 30 mai au 1er juin. Je suis arrivé 30 minutes en avance pour éviter les retards, et j’ai pris la voiture vers 13h. L’agent ne m’a absolument rien mentionné concernant une facturation supplémentaire pour une prise anticipée. J’ai tout prépayé d’avance. As per other posts, I too got charged $60 for 'gas service' by this location even if I had refilled the tank back to where it was when I got the vehicle. They ignored my requests afterwards.
