Reserved a car for same day, thought everything was smooth until I get there for my pickup time just for the receptionist Jesse to tell me that her manager Raul called to cancel because they "sold out" for the day. This so called manager Raul didn't even bother to leave a voicemail or even a text and he deserves to be fired for the inconvenience he has caused. They overcharged my credit card by $1000.00. Since June I have spent hours to resolve this issue. Still not resolved.
they immediately need a whole new staff, all three of the ladies behind the counter are rude, disrespectful and dismissive in how they interact with customers. & the manager raul as well. not professional at all. i rented a car for 4 months, gave avis over 6,ooo$ dollars & got zero respect. disgusting people, to say the least.
No recomiendo alquilar auto aca, a pesar de haber reservado y pagado con anticipación no tenían auto disponible. Su solución fue que esperemos 3 horas a que algún cliente devuelva un auto
Don’t rent from this place. The service is terrible, the cars are in awful condition, and they don’t honor reservations. They caused the problem and made no effort to fix it. Total disaster — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
