They overcharged my credit card by $1000.00. Since June I have spent hours to resolve this issue. Still not resolved.
they immediately need a whole new staff, all three of the ladies behind the counter are rude, disrespectful and dismissive in how they interact with customers. & the manager raul as well. not professional at all. i rented a car for 4 months, gave avis over 6,ooo$ dollars & got zero respect. disgusting people, to say the least.
No recomiendo alquilar auto aca, a pesar de haber reservado y pagado con anticipación no tenían auto disponible. Su solución fue que esperemos 3 horas a que algún cliente devuelva un auto
Don’t rent from this place. The service is terrible, the cars are in awful condition, and they don’t honor reservations. They caused the problem and made no effort to fix it. Total disaster — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Valery, it is great that avis has a customer representative like you, thank you for calming me down in my case where I am right, I know this issue has nothing to do with you but please believe me I am very victimized. As a customer who pays 20,000$ to avis a year, it is very sad that I am victimized in this way. This score I gave is definitely not for Valery, but a solution needs to be found so that it does not happen like this. I will definitely meet with the cooperate office about this issue.
