Rented our car last week and had a great experience inside with the lady at the desk. But that's where it ended for us. She took us outside to the car and the gas tank wasn't full and apologized for the car not being cleaned and ensured us it wasn't her responsibility. 2 hours into our trip and a driver assistant alarm kept going off beeping. Avis assured me they would have a rental ready and available for when I arrived. Sat at the airport for 3 hours because nobody was working the desk. Then I get a call that they would not have a rental available until the next day. The packing lot was full of rentals. Avis needs to do something about this location.

It took a while to get someone at the desk, it was the housekeeping woman so we get nice, but the car was filthy with trash and dog hair, the windshield was cracked, and the tank was 3/4 full. I went and cleaned that vehicle, and took pics with time stamp of the windshield, made sure to drop it off on time with 3/4 tank and was somehow charged an extra $100. No one was at the counter to speak with about the extra charges.
