The owner doesn't work. He also charged me $90 for fuel but I returned the car with more fuel than when I took it. I sent a picture to budget but no response. He has an employee of the airport run his business. Never rent here

Rented our car last week and had a great experience inside with the lady at the desk. But that's where it ended for us. She took us outside to the car and the gas tank wasn't full and apologized for the car not being cleaned and ensured us it wasn't her responsibility. 2 hours into our trip and a driver assistant alarm kept going off beeping. It must have gone off at least 50 times and once the car just shut off. Other than that it wasn't bad. I would suggest to really read this before making a decision where to lease from. ... read more

Avis assured me they would have a rental ready and available for when I arrived. Sat at the airport for 3 hours because nobody was working the desk. Then I get a call that they would not have a rental available until the next day. The packing lot was full of rentals. Avis needs to do something about this location.
