Budget always help customers right away good customer service
I recently rented a vehicle with Budget at Dubuque Airport. The pick up was quick and seamless and the agent, Omar, was a pleasure to deal with. The car drop off was equally efficient, so efficient that I managed to fly away with the keys still in my pocket (all my fault - no fault of the agent). Budget handled my error smoothly and at the least cost to me. I really appreciated the friendly and co-operative manner that Omar assisted me in getting the rental car keys back to Budget.
I love getting my cars from budget because they courteous and understanding. They will do whatever they have to do to give you your vehicle. Rent with them
Not a great place to get a rental car. I arrived, and there was no car for me. Make sure you call ahead of times to make sure there is a car because they will not call you.
Customer service was great! Car was taken car e of
