They rent cars without maintenance and refuse to change. A maintenance required message popped up after driving about 10-15 miles. Along side with other messages. I returned to the office and requested a change. They refused the change and said “cars can do weird stuff sometimes”.
Update to previous 1 star review. I was very pleased that the company did respond to my email inquiry, and I am satisfied with their handling of the whole situation. Polite/courteous and will certainly use them again this coming summer for our next trip. thank you We reserved a full size, "toyota camry or similar'.
