I normally don’t do these reviews, but this one is not once, but twice deserved. I’m in NJ working and got a car from Philadelphia airport and needed to extend due to job extensions and now I’m in north jersey and just driving in isn’t a convenience. Corporate budget couldn’t help, other locations hung up, and getting a person on the phone a the Philadelphia airport was impossible. I always seem to have issues with car rental places all around the world, but I have used this Budget 2 or 3 times now and not an issue to be found. The office is a bit off-putting, but the gentleman behind the desk and the service provided have been efficient and professional.
