They are worse. Booked a prepaid car and when I reached location first there was no one after waiting for 20 minutes a lady came she was so rude and said there was no car and when I reached them through customer service, they said we don’t have any transactions of your prepaid car and I had to dispute it through my bank . Couldn’t be more horrible experience
They always get it right for me. Just leave them a voicemail. All car rental websites are cumbersome. These folks, especially Kara, do it with no fuss.
Dropped off car and keys, nobody working, took awhile to figure out where to drop keys off.
