El servicio es terrible
Rented from LGA and had car problems in South Hampton. Drove to CDJR BUDGET AVIS and was told 1) they had no cars then 2) they would not exchange or help when I pulled the application up and showed available cars 3) that I had to drive 1:45 mins or 4) have it towed. Unbelievable! The worst customer service I’ve received from a rental counter.
My wife’s cargo van she rented broke down. She was the whole night in the middle of the road with no assistance whatsoever.
