HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM I made an online reservation a full week in advance for a truck rental needed for a scheduled move this Sunday. Today, I received a voicemail stating they were “sold out.” If you’re sold out, you should not be accepting reservations. That is literally the entire purpose of making one ahead of time—especially for something as time-sensitive as moving. Horrible customer service. I went in and they stated they had no cars available even though their website stated it does.
Booked a truck for 9am pick up. Place claims to open at 9 on Saturdays. No one showed by 9:35 and I left disappointed. Terrible experience would recommend booking at a different location.
What a nightmare in fathers day standing in the sun while my cab waited 1-1/2 hours and I still didnt know what to do with a truck i was told to drop off at 4:30pm @ 983 E. Easy St. but it was closed at 1:00pm . The next day this same location called and she was totally rude saying it was my fault because I didnt call to see if they were open. Cancelled day before we were supposed to pick up. Flights scheduled. Hotels rented. Moving my mother. Kept saying someone would call. No one did. Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE.
