Straight out of a Seinfeld Episode. Made a reservation with Budget yesterday online. Got here and there are NO CARS at all. Drove across the Valley to get here. Cormac
Worst rental car company! Booked a reservation online 2 weeks ahead of time and when I went to pick up my rental they didn't have a single car in the lot. Very unprofessional and a shi**y way to run a business. Shame on you Budget!!!
If you want to reserve a car then not have your reservation honored and have the branch/staff make you feel like you did something wrong, definitely go here! The manager is a joke and has no sense of accountability and blamed everything on "corporate".
As in Sinfeld, they don't really understand the meaning of a reservation! After reserving a car I walked to the rental office where I was told by the manager "I actually don't have a single car to rent you". It took a 15 min call from the office to cancel the reservation and three days for a credit back to my card.
Disgruntled employees. Not a pleasure to do business with. Canceled the booking and went with Dollar.
