Such a frustrating and disappointing company, I have them two tries. The first time they refused to rent me a car because I was using my inlaws card with their permission but because my name wasn't on it they refused to, even after I offered to call my inlaws. I went to another location and they had no issue. Second time, I made a reservation, they canceled it without telling me and tried to gaslight me by saying I canceled it when I didn't. Don't ever use this location.

I've had very good experiences with the folks here and with the vehicles they rent to me. These folks are nice and my go-to for car rental when in the area.

Made a reservation and showed up on time to find a group of people trying to pick up there reservations. The door was locked and when I called for help, customer service more or less told me I was SOL.

After seeing all of the bad reviews, we were really worried about getting our truck. But turns out as long as you book your truck in advance then there is nothing to worry about. All of the staff were super helpful and we got our truck exactly on time.

Wow! The worst experience with a rental car company in my 20+ years of renting cars. Unbelievably rude employee. No one should ever use this place, ever!
