I recently had to get my car fixed due to an accident. I searched every local car rental shop for the best price and landed on budget rental in Reynoldsburg. I had an amazing experience with this location. I cannot remember the lady’s name who helped me, but she was very friendly and made me feel welcome. She also upgraded my car at no additional cost. I had to extend a day and she made it very easy to do so. I will definitely come back to this location if I ever need another rental!
Don’t rent from here!!!!! I recently rented a car from them and to my surprise I got an email with a $359 bill for “glass damage” that occurred to the rental a week after dropping it off. This is my first time using this location over another one which I’ve used about 9 times in the last year and have NEVER had any type of issues with that location.
