I originally rated 1 star due to a return time snafu messing up my return. I jumped the gun a bit because Budget has been GREAT in rectifying my situation. The staff I interacted with were helpful and knowledgeable. We worked out a new plan and car was returned as scheduled. Very pleasant fellows in the office too. THANKS for taking steps to help me!! New rating!
