Had a bad experience at another location. Guest Service number said to go here to swap out bad vehicle. They refused to help me. Called guest service to further help me and they hung up on me. I will not be renting from Budget again due to horrible guest service

Car was dirty, it wasnt washed. Holes in the floor carpet and missing floor mats. Still had previous renters drinks in the car doors.

We were in a panic; rental car out of NYC reeked of cigarettes; during very busy holiday weekend Umer saved us with a hassle free exchange after much effort on his part to find an available car

Literally went all the way to the Poughkeepsie branch 35 min drive for me to get there and then say they had no cars and couldn’t issue my money back I had to wait this is the worst company ever don’t ever trust them when you have a reservation they make you come to there location then they have no vehicles was very disappointed and they are very rude at the location
