Worst rental car experience. Wanted economy and had to pay $828 for four days for a Chevy Malibu. Claimed small car would not get us where we needed to go. Total lies! Highway robbery! Stay away!
Line was way too long. Couldn’t even get reservation.
Shuttle wasn’t there. I was told I’d get a refund. Got an amazon gift card :/
Owner Ibis Santana is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and adds on hidden fees. When you question it, she berates and belittles you. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! I will be reporting to BBB and corporate.

Holy crap, this place is a goat rodeo. Lines out the door, but still only 3 people working. Finally got through the line after 45 minutes only to wait another 45 to get our car. Total chaos.
