Had issues with a rental car from a different Budget location, went to the Port Angeles location and they exceeded my expectations. They were able to get us into a new vehicle within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Fantastic experience at Budget. Front line staff were friendly and had our vehicle ready to go upon arrival. Thanks for giving us a brand new Crosstour SUV for our long drive to San Fran --- it was an amazing drive along the coast in a very comfortable car. A great start to our road trip vacation :)
