This location is the most helpful and human interaction I've ever had at a rental car counter. The owner helped with a car issue for a rental I got out of state, the made the switch process seamless when my family road trip was threatened by that same malfunctioning car from out of state. Absolutely the best rental counter experience and such a wonderful person as well.

Brook was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Our key fob was dying, making the vehicle difficult to start, and he replaced it with ease. If we ever need a rental in this area again, we’ll know exactly where to book.

They let me drop off at a different location and change the drop off time. Very helpful

Had issues with a rental car from a different Budget location, went to the Port Angeles location and they exceeded my expectations. They were able to get us into a new vehicle within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

A BIG thank you to the two Budget employees at the 8th Street Port Angeles WA location who helped me procure a replacement vehicle at the end of the business day today. You really saved me a lot of extra trouble. Budget is lucky to have both of you! Thanks again.
