I picked up car in Seattle return to Port Angeles. Had a major billing issue when I extended my original plans. Manager Captain was fantastic in handling the situation. I do NOT recommend this car rental location. If you look at the agreement in the small print is the surprise that they only give you 100 free miles per day - after that they charge $0.30 per mile. They didn't tell me this when I picked up the car and I foolishly signed the contract without checking the details - from my travel experience, unlimited miles is the norm these days - even with Budget.
