The WORST rental car experiencesssss that I've ever had. Had to convince my employer to switch to Enterprise and Hertz.
AWFUL
Avoid this place at all costs. Workers are incompetent and unmotivated. It’s almost like they try to be unhelpful and rude. I left feeling weird about the way I was treated. I reserved a mid sized truck and when I went to pick it up they said they had 0 options available and they wouldn’t have 1 available for a few hours… then when 1 finally came to the lot they wouldn’t let me complete the purchase because I was 24 (had to be 25 to rent a truck) even though I was able to reserve it online completely fine.
