Avoid this place at all costs. Workers are incompetent and unmotivated. It’s almost like they try to be unhelpful and rude. I left feeling weird about the way I was treated. I reserved a mid sized truck and when I went to pick it up they said they had 0 options available and they wouldn’t have 1 available for a few hours… then when 1 finally came to the lot they wouldn’t let me complete the purchase because I was 24 (had to be 25 to rent a truck) even though I was able to reserve it online completely fine. I never used their services but my sister has and they were great with the fees and returning the deposit. The deposit was $200 and they refunded $180 because the gas wasn't were it was when she rented it which isn't bad. It didn't take long for the refund either.
