I rented a 7-passenger vehicle online through Budget Rental Car this past weekend and received a confirmation for my reservation. This team is the only one I can ever get in touch with. I recieved my rental from the Budget at the Richmond airport and I could never get in touch with someone who worked there. The ladies working at this one in Petersburg have assisted me numerous times and are always kind and attentive when I call. Even today, I needed my extended rental reciept and it was sent with no problems. Thank you!

🚫 Terrible Experience with Budget Rental Car 🚫 I made a reservation for a minivan over six months in advance through Budget, thinking booking early would guarantee a smooth trip. When I arrived at the Richmond International Airport (RIC) location, I was told the minivan I reserved wasn’t available — even though I had reserved it months ahead.
